On 13th December 2022, Morses Club PLC communicated its plans to enter a Scheme of Arrangement (“Scheme”) with its customers. If the Scheme is voted for and approved, customers who
received a loan between the 1st April 2014 and 2nd August 2022, may be entitled to compensation based on a claim that the loan was unaffordable at the time it was given.
Morses Club has attempted to contact all of its existing and previous customers. You may have received a letter, e-mail or text message about the Scheme which includes an
important Scheme Reference Number (SRN) needed for you to register your interest. If you have not received any communication please refer to the
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
Further information related to the proposed Scheme can be found in the Practice Statement Letter (PSL). A copy of this can be viewed on the Documents page of this website.
At this stage, customers who consider that they may have a valid claim are requested to register on this Portal. This will allow us to capture up to date contact details to
ensure that you receive further information in due course.
